Choose the unit size you need here on our website and rent within just 90 seconds. After that, you can come into our office to review your rental agreement, which outlines policies, your rent due date, and the rate you’ll pay for the year. It’s commitment-free for you – but we’ll commit to keeping your rate the same for 12 months. We also offer protection plans during this step, with $20 and $30 tiers available. Bring a lock from home or purchase a sturdy, industry-approved disc lock from our office. You’re all set once you’ve signed your rental agreement!
Ready to move out? Give us a 10-day written notice prior to the 1st of the month. You’ll need to complete our 6-in-1 Move-Out Form and empty your storage unit unit and remove the lock. After cleaning out and completing the form, you’re good to go. If you need a few extra days into the new month, we can prorate within the first seven days – but make sure to move out within that time to avoid being charged for another month!
